Are these guys the best plumbers in Sydney?Plumbers do such an important job and unfortunately I haven't had much luck with them over the years. When a flexible hose sprang a leak late on a Friday night and couldn't... be turned off, I needed an emergency plumber urgently. After hearing nothing back from the first three I contacted, I tried Sydney Emergency Plumbing. Oscar rang me back within minutes and gave me a fixed quote for the job. Given that it was a Saturday morning, I expected to pay a lot more and it was then that I began to realise I was dealing with a professional company with real integrity. Within about two hours the job was done and it was easy to tell it was a high quality one. I was so impressed I asked Oscar to quote on some non-emergency work in my bathroom and toilet. He got back to me quickly and the quote was lower than the one I already had for the job. Given how happy I had been with Oscar's work, I had no hesitation going ahead with it. Warren came out a few days later and proved just as impressive as Oscar - a real professional with strong technical and customer service skills. I'm a fussy client and Warren did everything humanly possible to keep me happy. A couple of weeks later, I noticed that one of my downpipes was blocked and overflowing. I contacted Sydney Emergency Plumbing again and they were out on the Monday. Yes, they also remove tree roots! This time Oscar was joined by Brandon, who also showed himself to be of the highest calibre. The boys did an excellent job for a more than reasonable price. My drains are now flowing like the Nepean River, as the recent heavy rains in Sydney proved.To call these guys emergency plumbers sells them short - they proved to me they can do any plumbing job for a fair price and with the utmost professionalism, skill and customer care. Well done to the team and to the owners and operators of this business. It’s not easy to put a great group together and offer such an excellent service. I wish all of them every success and I hope they’ll be around for many years to come.read more

These guys deserves more than 5 stars review with such exceptional service! I have a blockage on my kitchen sink which ended water was overflowing under the sink and sipping to my daughter's room carpet. I called up and... Kate was on the line telling me she'll have to call me back once she checked with one of the plumber's availability. 10 - 15 mins later she called me back and booked me in for the next job. An hour or so, the plumbers came identify the issues and fixed the problem. Overall, this whole experience was so outstanding and I'm so glad and relief I called them up. We had a late night, last minute call out when a pipe in our bathroom burst and the mains that should have turned it off broke at the same time!It was an absolute palava!David (the plumber) was realistic about... timing, and effective in communicating right from the get go, he was intentional when he arrived and got right to it (as we were tipping out water with buckets every thirty seconds) and got straight to work!Due to the issue being related to both the building and our flat he was coordinating with both our property manager and strata representatives at the same time. He was so professional in just being honest, transparent, realistic, and most importantly calm and collected while everyone else was rushing around all around him.I could not recommend him and the rest of his team enough, his ability to communicate and coordinate all the different parties involved while being super clear on the issue and realistic/honest solution options was incredible.10 out 10 would recommend in any plumbing issue situation!read more

I’ve used the services of Sydney Emergency Plumbing (SEP) three times in the last month for urgent repairs; leaking roof, toilet flushing issues and a leaking bathroom. On all three occasions Dave and Travis arrived... within a couple of hours of my call to Deanne to assess the problem and fixed it on the spot when they could. If they need to order parts or if the job is too big - they provide a competitive quote and a realistic timeline. The team take pride in their work and Dave and Travis have are not just great at their job they are also nice blokes. The tilers they recommended for our bathroom, James and Bond were also awesome. Importantly, they are upfront an honest about costs and the amount of work needed - they will not take work on unless they know they can fix it 100%, so you can be sure that they won’t just take a ‘she’ll be right attitude’. I highly recommend SEP for your plumbing needs and although I don’t know if they are the cheapest plumbers out there, they definitely offer great value. Hopefully, it will be a while before I call them again, but they will definitely be getting a Christmas card and are on my speed dial. Thanks SEP team!read more

Their service is excellent, we had a massive leak from the toilet on a Saturday morning, I called and they answered very quickly, Luke was the plumber who assisted us on the phone and attended the issue on site. He... came in around an hour, he is very friendly and professional, he was able to diagnose the problem promptly, and explained the causes of the leak very clearly, he provided a few options and helped us decide the most cost effective fix. The problem was fixed within half hour. Luke was very patient in answering all the questions we asked, cost was reasonable. Excellent service from Sydney Emergency Plumbers twice regarding urgently problems and once for the planned replacement of the hot water service. On all occasions they were prompt to arrive, quick to complete and... clearly explained what was needed and why they recommended particular solutions and products. Called in sheer desperation on a public holiday. I got an immediate response from Mark with a fairly clear explanation of what the cost would be given it was a public holiday. He Was on site when he said he would. Could... not figure out what the problem was, however he did not leave until he found it! I was so thankful he took the time to investigate properly and found the source of the problem. He was friendly, thorough, explained what the problem was and was happy to offer advice on how to go forward. Travis attended property to investigate blocked drain, he rang to give me an ETA and arrived on time, he spent time with me explaining the issue (with video) and also what he was going to do to resolve. On completion I... was again shown video of the cleared drain. He then explained to me what needs to happen next.
