We had a late night, last minute call out when a pipe in our bathroom burst and the mains that should have turned it off broke at the same time!It was an absolute palava!David (the plumber) was realistic about... timing, and effective in communicating right from the get go, he was intentional when he arrived and got right to it (as we were tipping out water with buckets every thirty seconds) and got straight to work!Due to the issue being related to both the building and our flat he was coordinating with both our property manager and strata representatives at the same time. He was so professional in just being honest, transparent, realistic, and most importantly calm and collected while everyone else was rushing around all around him.I could not recommend him and the rest of his team enough, his ability to communicate and coordinate all the different parties involved while being super clear on the issue and realistic/honest solution options was incredible.10 out 10 would recommend in any plumbing issue situation!read more

I’ve used the services of Sydney Emergency Plumbing (SEP) three times in the last month for urgent repairs; leaking roof, toilet flushing issues and a leaking bathroom. On all three occasions Dave and Travis arrived... within a couple of hours of my call to Deanne to assess the problem and fixed it on the spot when they could. If they need to order parts or if the job is too big - they provide a competitive quote and a realistic timeline. The team take pride in their work and Dave and Travis have are not just great at their job they are also nice blokes. The tilers they recommended for our bathroom, James and Bond were also awesome. Importantly, they are upfront an honest about costs and the amount of work needed - they will not take work on unless they know they can fix it 100%, so you can be sure that they won’t just take a ‘she’ll be right attitude’. I highly recommend SEP for your plumbing needs and although I don’t know if they are the cheapest plumbers out there, they definitely offer great value. Hopefully, it will be a while before I call them again, but they will definitely be getting a Christmas card and are on my speed dial. Thanks SEP team!read more

Their service is excellent, we had a massive leak from the toilet on a Saturday morning, I called and they answered very quickly, Luke was the plumber who assisted us on the phone and attended the issue on site. He... came in around an hour, he is very friendly and professional, he was able to diagnose the problem promptly, and explained the causes of the leak very clearly, he provided a few options and helped us decide the most cost effective fix. The problem was fixed within half hour. Luke was very patient in answering all the questions we asked, cost was reasonable. We are so glad to have had Luke, you deserve a pay raise for your fantastic service and professionalism. Thank you so much!read more

Excellent service from Sydney Emergency Plumbers twice regarding urgently problems and once for the planned replacement of the hot water service. On all occasions they were prompt to arrive, quick to complete and... clearly explained what was needed and why they recommended particular solutions and products. They caused minimal disturbance to the work sites, and cleaned up afterwards. Prices were reasonable and value for money excellent.read more

I cannot rate this company highly enough. I phoned at 7am and Brandon was at my property by 8am. Travis was a lifesaver. We had a septic emergency on a Saturday morning and he was here within an hour of the call out. It ended up that we had quite a blockage, tree roots and all... it was a hard job but he got it... done quickly and professionally with regular reports and consultation with me during the repair process.Thanks so much guys! Called in sheer desperation on a public holiday. I got an immediate response from Mark with a fairly clear explanation of what the cost would be given it was a public holiday. He Was on site when he said he would. Could... not figure out what the problem was, however he did not leave until he found it! I was so thankful he took the time to investigate properly and found the source of the problem. He was friendly, thorough, explained what the problem was and was happy to offer advice on how to go forward. I would not hesitate to reccomend emergency plumbing for either an emergency or your everyday plumbing needs.read more

Travis attended property to investigate blocked drain, he rang to give me an ETA and arrived on time, he spent time with me explaining the issue (with video) and also what he was going to do to resolve. On completion I... was again shown video of the cleared drain. He then explained to me what needs to happen next. I was very impressed with his manner and willingness to explain what he was doing and the cost etc. He cleaned up after job finished. I would definitely recommend this company in the future, very responsive and thorough.read more
